[MC-78285] Clouds through stained glass

What I expected to happen was...:
That I could watch through the stained glass and see the clouds.

What actually happened was...:
The clouds overlapped the stained glass

Steps to Reproduce:
Go higher then the clouds. place stained glass and watch through the stained glass to the clouds.
