Mouse Cursors with "Display Pointer Trails" enabled don't appear while Minecraft is fullscreen.

I just had the nerve to play minecraft, and when I went to the title screen, I couldn't find the cursor.

How to reproduce
THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH MAC!
1. Right click the desktop background
2. Select Personalize
3. Click Change mouse pointers
4. Change to the Pointer Options tab
5. Tick Display Pointer Trails.
6. Click Apply, then OK.
7. Open Minecraft
8. Press F11 or the key you use to make Minecraft full screen

Sounds like a Windows bug to be honest.

And/or an LWJGL issue...

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w47c or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.

I'm not the original reporter, but this is still an issue on Minecraft 1.12.1, JVM automatically downloaded, Win10 15063 (RS2).

The repro steps are very simple, but do require a Windows test machine. Please let me know if I can help with repro or dumps.
