unable to load libraries for twitch streaming

What I expected to happen was ...:
twitch to stream my video
*What actually happened was...: *
an error screen came up saying unable to load libraries for twitch streaming
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to options
2. click broadcast settings

Could you please attach a crash report, if the game crashed or add a screenshot. Maybe also have a look at the Game Output or the Launcher Log of your launcher and add here relevant information
