[MC-7903] Weird texture mixup in 13w03a

I changed texture pack ingame to Disc0's OCD pack, and it looked pretty weird. Then I changed back to default and a lot of the hills had TNT textures and other weird stuff.
If I destroy a block from the corrupted area, it will update and turn normal again, as seen in the last to screenshots.

I'm on a mac.

Confirmed weird textures. I will attach screenshots of the grass looking really strange.
