Difficulty button on servers

When connected to a multiplayer server the difficulty button is still active so users can change the difficulty setting even though it doesn't do anything. I would suggest disabling the button and setting it to the server's difficulty level so that users can easily find out what it is and understand that they cannot change the setting on the server.
