[MC-79497] Command Blocks Have to be Powered Twice to Execute a Command After Being Placed by Another Command Block

I was making a redstone contraption. When I used a command to replace a /testforblock command block to refresh the block, I triggered the redstone. The redstone DID reach the block, and the command did not execute. I triggered the command AGAIN, and it triggered.

it must be an error in your contraption, in my adventuremap I place a command block with pre set command with another command block, and it works fine the first time you press it
