[MC-79587] Singleplayer Lag [NOT FPS DROP]

In minecraft single player 1.8.3, it is extremely laggy and always is a few 1000 milliseconds behind on ticks.

I cant see it being my computer as its a very powerful computer.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
