[MC-79634] Mipmap Levels do not apply to the game

In 1.8.4, Mipmap settings stopped working. All settings of Mipmap Levels act like level 0.

The attached screenshot has Mipmap Levels at 4.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Oh, I've figured out the problem: it was a problem with the server's custom resource packs, not the game.
