[MC-79726] World isn't loading and keeps flashing

After I updated to 1.8.4 my game started freaking out, every time I load up and try to play the world is invisible except from flashing blocks, lava, water etc. I don't really know how to explain it but heres a picture of what kinda happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and nothing changes. Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem or even knows how to fix it.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Can you try turning off VBOs in your video settings?

Found it, VBOs was already turned off. I turned it on and my world stopped glitching but my character was completely invisible, turned it back off and the world went back to being glitchy. All other mobs are invisible too.
