Buggy Ice Texture

Ice texture sometimes bugs out and weird lines of transparency appear in it. It can only be reproduced by going away from it then flying toward it in creative mode. This also affects slime blocks. Although the screenshot is shown on a server with plugins, it also happens on my realm with the slime trampoline.
