I am making an adventure map, and I had been playing on Easy for about 10 minutes simply jumping up and down, running, and I didn't lose any hunger, I did it on hard, still no difference.

I did this test in adventure and survival mode, both times, my hunger was losing hunger when jump running.
I generated a ice floor superflat world to speed up this process. Also I sped up some of the footage from the running.

I have this similar problem, but I know the conditions that cause that bug. I had about 3 hunger bars left. So, I grab my fried chicken and started to eat. While eating, I opened Inventory window (still holding right button on mouse), waited until he eats it, then (still holding right button on mouse xD) closed the inventory and my second chicken was eatten immediately oO. Afterall, I don't need to eat anymore, but later (by later I mean like 20 mins) at some point it starts to lose hunger bar again. Maybe it resolved to normal after restarting the game or so, don't know exactly.
Win 7. My hunger bar doesn't go down(no matter what level of difficulty). I am guessing It's related to levels of difficulty messed up. For some reason no matter what I set it end up as Normal level of difficulty...
