Almost every block on Minecraft is named after the words "Block of", but the lapis lazuli block is named like "Lapis Lazuli Block", making an inconsistency between block names.

How is this issue invalid? There was once an issue about cobblestone stairs named "stone stairs" and it wasn't marked as invalid! In fact it has even been fixed.
Even if people have already put command blocks with lapis lazuli ID, they can replace it easily. This needs to be fixed for consistence. Players many times get confused with these situations.
However, my solution is, instead, to rename the other blocks:
Block of Coal -> Coal Block
Block of Iron -> Iron Block
Block of Redstone -> Redstone Block
Block of Gold -> Gold Block
Block of Diamond -> Diamond Block
Block of Netherite -> Netherite Block
Block of Quartz -> Quartz Block
Block of Amethyst -> Amethyst Block (and as another topic, rename Budding Amethyst to Budding Amethyst Block)
That would make mineral blocks esaier to pronnounce and to remember, and also the community uses most time "(Mineral) Block" instead of "Block of (Mineral)"
