Name Tags in Multiplayer are angled in third-person mode

When in third person mode, name tags in MP are tilted.

What I expected to happen was...:
They would stay straight up, like normal.

What actually happened was...:
Name tags are tilted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go onto a populated MP server.
2. Press F5 to go into third-person mode.
3. Notice the name tags.

Can you reproduce this on a vanilla server and a vanilla client?

@Anon Ymus, what isn't "vanilla" in the above image?

Colored signs, /pk, missing first < in chat, and a space after the username.

Server side doesn't change client rendering...

@Ezekiel I agree, and also if it will help, the IP to the server I was playing on when I took the screen shot is play.itsjerryandharry.com

Its a bukkit server, but its the name tags are client-side.
