Title explains. This block shouldn't be obtainable because they are technical blocks while the other redstone-related technical blocks aren't obtainable already like the redstone wire, unlit redstone torch, etc.

I dunno; I don't see why mob_spawner shouldn't be available as an item to ops and mapmakers; the lit_furnace one should definitely be removed though.
