[MC-80747] Spazzy Graphics with Automatic Server Resource Pack

So I'm on Hypixel on their new Kart Racing Game, and it asks me to use to their resource pack so I accept it, then this happens (Pictures)

Can anyone resolve this for me?

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
