[MC-81111] Certain blocks begin with lowercase in Australian English

"Dark Oak Fence" is represented as "dark eucalyptus fence" (no capitals) in Australian English.
asphalt->Andesite
polished asphalt -> Polished Andesite
I'm pretty sure I've seen a few others and I'll report them once I find them.

That page doesn't do Australian English as it has not been voted. Also, Andesite (asphalt) and Polished Andesite (polished asphalt) are lowercase too.
