[MC-81156] Tallgrass, Sunflower (Two-block tall plants) breaking glitch

When breaking any plant 2 blocks tall, a peony would flash before breaking. I tried this with a plants on different worlds, but the glitch kept happening. I also restarted Minecraft, but it wouldn't change. I have a picture of when I broke a sunflower and a crash report (I crashed it using F3 + C) attached.
