Lightning can strike mobs through blocks. eg:Villagers can get struck and transform into witches even If you have a roof over their heads

I RELY HEAVILY ON VILLAGERS FOR RESOURCES IN SURVIVAL! I AM FURIOUS BECAUSE OF THIS!
How to reproduce: build a cell big enough to hold 1 villager in it and summon a Lightning Bolt and boom it will turn into a witch
