Note Block note color incorrect - injection in 1.8.2

As of 1.8.2 note block colors are incorrect.

Steps:

1. Place a note block

2. "Use" the note block repeatedly to cycle through the colors

Actual:

Colors are incorrect

Expected:
Colors should reflect those seen here:
