Most of the hotbar keys don't work with french keyboard on Ubuntu Linux

I found a bug with shortcut

I use a ubuntu french keyboard : inventory shortcut are & é " ' ( - è _ ç

I can't move quickly items 😞

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put inventory shortcut & é " ' ( - è _ ç
2. Open inventory
3. Use "quickly move item"
4. Only 4 ( ' ) 6 ( - ) and 8 ( _ ) work
