[MC-81437] The player moves in a random direction forever at random

What I expected to happen was that the player should be controlled as normal

What actually happened was that the player uncontrollably moved

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play a city map in creative
2. Move around a bit normally, try punching some blocks...

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
