Villagers dont kill when the command /kill @e[type=Villager] is executed

steps to make:
1.open chat {with T button}
2. type in this command: /kill @e[type=Villager]
3.vilagers {2} dont kill

when is NOT making:

villagers need to die

when is making:

villagers NOT die
