[MC-8168] texture packs dont load correctly when changing them in-game

I was on my 13w03a minecraft server, until i relized that i forgot to turn on the texture pack i normaly use. i changed the texture pack IN GAME and when i got back to my server EVERYTHING DIDNT LOOK RIGHT. i left the game and got back on, then everything looked right
