[MC-81786] Custom XP Drop Messed Up XP bar

was trying to make a custom boss entity drop a xp orb, with the command

/summon XPOrb ~ ~1 ~ {Value:10000s}

, it summons an orb but serveral things happen, first Player picks up Orb, the exp value is not added to the bar, then any other orbs the player tries to pick up after that will have no effect either

So any idea why that happened, and how one would fix the player xp bar to allow them to pick up xp again

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w49b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
