[MC-8201] Lit TNT falls into floor on reload

If you light a block of TNT and then reload the map (exit to menu then go back), it will appear to sink one block into the floor.

The TNT must be on the ground before leaving the game.

Drop TNT into the End. Enter the end - same as reloading a world. TNT is in the floor.

Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w08a? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
