Sugarcane disappears when water filled dispenser is activated!

Basically. When you plant sugar-cane and place a dispenser (with water bucket) pointing into it. Once the dispenser dispenses the water into the sugar-cane. The Sugar-cane disappears. What should happen is the sugar-cane should pop out and i receive the item.
