[MC-82181] Movement Glitches

Whenever I move in I experience random acceleration or deceleration of how fast I move and the effect gravity has on me. This happens on all minecraft versions I play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0k8DSN8luFM&feature=youtu.be

This is just lag. I don't know if you have anything else running at the same time, but your computer clearly can't handle the load. Not recording would definitely help, and you may wish to check out Optifine too.
