When I kill an Ender Dragon, it doesn't spawn the torches on the portal!
To reproduce:
1: Kill an ender dragon.
2: Let it create a portal.

No, that's about the floating torches bug, it's fixed already. Mine is about they don't generate the torches!
MC-53897 is what we're looking for.
