When the Minecraft authentication servers are down and a player attempts to connect to a server, if they are using the language setting "Canadian English (Canada) or Australian English (Australia)" they are given the error message "Failed to login: The authentication are down for maintenance" and "Can't login: The authentication are down for maintenance" respectively. Note the missing word "servers" which is present in the US English language settings.
To recreate:
1. Set language to Canadian or Australian English
2. Shut down authentication servers (EZ-PZ)
3. Attempt to log on to a server

This ticket is a language translation request and is not supported on this bug tracker.
Please use the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project for all translation change or add requests.

Crowdin indicates the correct message for Canadian English, so that means that I should get the correct message when the error is given. Can't test this anymore because the servers are back up, but I will make the request for the Australian English. (edit: made request for Australian English)

The translations from crowdin will be integrated in the game with the next version.
