Unable to collect from blocks we break

So everyone in the past 24 hours has noticed that we cannot collect resources. So if we mine, we don't get the dirt, cobble stone, ores, etc. We just break the blocks. We want to fix it without the threat of completely resetting the realms, we worked so hard on our world and we don't wanna lose what we have.
