[MC-8292] Scoreboard doesn't track kills/deaths in SSP or SMP

(Tried both gamemodes)
I set up a command block tester that activated scoreboard kill/death objectives in the correct notation and criteria, as well as setting list and sidebar displays up. However I tested the totalKills objective by killing some hostile mobs in both gamemodes, yet the scoreboards didn't pop up in my GUI or after hitting tab.

You must be using the commands incorrectly. SethBling, Vechs, Me and more people can do it.
