Fog causes white edges on Leaves, Vines, Tall grass (HD Textures)

Fog disrupts leaves texture.
More info:
I used LB Photo Realism x128, I converted it using the unstitcher tool

Try it with vanilla texture pack, if it still occurs, then comment back.

may be an HD texture pack bug. will test tonight.

vanilla texture is normal.
it's only with the HD ones.
maybe the unstitcher does something wrong in converting textures?
cuz I have tried other texture packs, the leaves were okay but the vines where still white.
Setting render distance to Far fixes this though.
it's something with the fog

I don't think it's my graphics card cuz it's Nvidia Geforce GT220.

Resolved as duplicate of MC-1794

im pretty sure its different cuz MC-1794 only has white lines between blocks and is not related to hd textures
ps. dont just read the title, also see the screenshots

I agree with Jomik, it totally 2 different problems.

This one is related to alpha transparency AND fog. The result is "white" pixels in textures".

The other one is not related to alpha transparency NOR fog... The result is "white" lines like between polygons.

Kumasasa: This issue is due to mipmapping when it is activated (forced) in the graphiccard settings. Minecraft 3D engine seems to not be able to manage it well. It's solved when forcing mipmapping disabled.

@Sphax: Thanx for the feedback.
If the mipmapping is forced in the driver, there is no way for Minecraft to disable it, so it should be left on "off" or "application".
