[MC-83107] Shulkers deflect arrows from the side but not the top, arrows glitchy when shot at the edge

Shooting an arrow from the side to a shulker bounces off, shooting an arrow from directly above causes it to hit the shulker.

But when you shoot at the edge of a shulker it constantly bounces around.

I believe this was fixed in 15w45a.
