I was on a world using the off hand slot, and I put a fishing rod in it. When I switched to my food to eat it the rod did nothin.The problem however is: when I still had the rightclick held down, but my hunger bar was full, the rod began to spam

I've just checked, fishing rods in fact don't work at all when in the off hand!

Yeah I pressed enter by accident, and then edited it XD It's now complete

the title is something else than the summary, title is a short explenation what it's about, summary is the bug itself

Try the bug yourself, fishing rods do not work when in the off hand slot.

This is the first post to report the fishing rod bug in off hand slot, so could you edit the title to be more accurate like: "When Fishing rod is used in the off hand slot, the bobber immediately disappears"
