[MC-83123] End Portal Teleportation

When you drop the dragon egg, or an anvil into the end portal, it does not correctly teleport it to the other dimension

Tested, and yes, it does teleport to the correct dimension. When teleporting it to the end though, it has some trouble hitting the platform, but otherwise, all is normal.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w44b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
