[MC-83179] 0 fps/0 chunk updates in the nether

I got this problem entering in already generated nether chunks with a portal. Had to end game process and launch again.

I rolled back the map in 1.8.7, still 0 fps in the area, amazing 🙂

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
