Arrows seem to hit an invisible wall and fall when shot, then show up at the correct target.

I shot an arrow and expected it to show up at its target and it did so. But, when it first went into the air, it seemed to bounce off of an invisible wall and fall to the ground. then it appeared at its target. to recreate this, shoot an arrow.
