[MC-83324] Players cant join LAN if its played on a 1.8 world or older

Players cant join my world cause it was created in 1.8.
If the world is made in the snapshot, works just fine

This is most likely caused by signs. See MC-82968.

No signs or written books in the world

What happens when people try joining?

Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
