After the ender dragon is killed the ends exit portal structure raises 1 or 2 blocks.

I do not believe this is a duplicate considering this is after the dragon is killed, not after it spawns.

it is, the other report is about the end portal spawning ontop of itself, that happens after the ender dragon's defeat
