Off topic kind of but I noticed that the portal is spawned at exactly 0,0

End created in version 47c (main world is a hybrid), and this exact thing happened in Survival Single Player. So yeah...affects 47c.

47c is outdated, see if it happens in 50a (with worlds created in 50a or 1.8.9) please.

Fair enough. Tried it in a new world, unable to reproduce; tried it in a new world with the same seed and world generator options, unable to reproduce.
