[MC-83435] Flickering graphics (Creative search tab, crosshair, item count)

Sometimes, when I'm in the creative search tab, the tab, the text in the search bar and the scroll bar randomly flicker. Also sometimes, when I have 2-9 of an item in my hotbar, the item count and the crosshair flicker. In both cases, all of the objects flicker simultaneously.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
