gamerule Natural Regeneration false does not work

Even when I turn the gamerule doNaturalRegeneration to false, it still regenerates health at the needed hunger level.

Cannot reproduce, even in peaceful. The gamerule is "naturalRegeneration", not "doNaturalRegeneration".
