Clear Command do not clear the item in the new inventory slot

Title explains.

What I expected to happen:
The item in the new inventory slot will be cleared.

What happened:
It is not being cleared.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a block/item in the new inv. slot and in the normal inv. slot.

2. Type /clear.
