Double Piston Glitch is Back

Built an area where stairs come out of a wall and the ceiling opens to allow a person to enter a hidden room above. Made two double piston extenders.
Originally built it in 1.2.2 and worked fine in 1.3.2, 1.4pre2, and 1.4.7.
Now, the first sticky piston is both extended and retracted at the same time, while the second sticky piston doesn't even have a body. The stair block never came out of the wall. There's two mechanisms and the one under this one works perfectly fine. Also, the stairs come out of both sides of the wall and the mechanism (mirrored copy of the one seen in the screenshot) works perfect.
