Item stacking

1. Picked up items do not stack into the offhand slot when the same item is in the offhand.

2. In GM 1 when you pick a Poison Arrow (as example) and click on a Healing Arrow (as example) you get two, three, four... Poison Arrows, not a healing arrow.
