In 1.9 snapshots Minecraft runs 30FPS on fullscreen, but in older versions 60FPS

Fps drops in 1.9 snapshot versions, but not in older versions

I've noticed lower performance in 1.9 than 1.8 as well and I'm on quick a beefy pc.
