[MC-84076] Book icon in the GUI of the enchantment table broke

The book shows the page but not the cover when there is no item in the enchanting slot, or a non-enchantable item in enchanting slot.

I expected for the book to be normal.

Steps to reproduce: Open the enchantment GUI.
