[MC-84112] Ability to break end warp portals in creative

i was trying to debunk another bug in the end when i accidentally hit it in creative and ended up breaking it. when i broke it it made the stone breaking noise and gave off the no texture (pink and black) particles when it broke.

1. go into creative
2. find end warp portal
3. right click on the end portal

Which aspect of this is the bug? The fact that it can be broken, or the sound/texture?

its because you can break it. it cannot be replaced by /setblock and if someone were to accidentally break theirs there would be no way to get back/fourth at all.

You can use setblock for it, and the other enderdragons seems to always respawn it so it doesn't matter if it broke somehow.

So basically you want ender gates to be the only block in Minecraft literally indestructible? Even to creative?
