Help Loading a new world! LAGGS Fraps VERY LOW!

I think mojang must tweak this.Last updates they fixed Nether laggs bug
But now when i load a default world it is super lagging me!.Last updates not lagging me like that when starting a map 😞. My original fraps last updates is 150 fraps up.
