[MC-84410] No offhand slot in horse inventory?

What I expected to happen was...:
when I opened the horses inventory I expected to see a shield for my offhand slot.

What actually happened was...:
I opened the horses inventory and all I saw was the main inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tame a horse and saddle it
2. Get on the horse
3. Press "E" to open the inventory

Note:
I don't know if this is intended because you cant review armor placement either.

Pressing The E Key On Any Horse No Matter The Version Will Open The Horses Inventory. Easy Way To Work Around This Is Either To Place An Item In The Offhand Slot Before You Ride The Horse Or Use The F Key When Hovering Over The Item You Want In The Off Hand Slot And It Will Switch.

From past versions player armor UI is not view-able in the Horse's UI. This was intended, Therefore it would make sense in future versions it would still not be view-able now, however it may still be subject to change.
